JUNE 2004

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hello Interliners ,

Hope you are all keeping well and healthy.

Our meeting of June 24 went well. Some of our interliners asked if we could contact London IC and see if they can have an Orient Express package, and we shall look into it. We shall keep you posted of the reply.  The four-day 2005 package is ready.  Roland will make copies for our final approval.  We shall email it to WACA Headquarters, and to all the clubs.  Kiki Williamson , our WACA Representative and Vice -President  will be attending the convention in Thailand and will promote the event.

We had fourteen interliners/guests at my house.  Some came from Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Spring Hill and Tarpon Springs!  They enjoyed the home made Greek meatballs with tomato sauce, Greek salad, macaroni and leg of ham.  We finished the meal with fruit, cheese and chocolate cake!  Everyone brought their own drinks and shared with the others. Roland and Bill entertained us with their music. It was an evening of animated conversations, making new friends and lots of fun.  Before the night was over we had three guests join our club.

Our next meeting is July 20 and we do hope that you will all make an effort to join us. Don't forget to RSVP and bring your friends. We promise you to have a great FUN evening. The following event will be August 19 and we shall advise you of the venue.

Don't forget to visit our website often for updates, discounts and events.  Feel free to contact us either by email, mail or telephone.

Yours in Interlining,
