MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Hello
Greetings from Cyprus. Yes we are still here and enjoying it.
Our hearts go out to the victims of Katrina, so much loss and devastation, The tragedy of Helios Airlines has really touched everyone on the island. It seems that August has been a very bad month for the airline industry.
How are you all keeping? Are you back from your vacations? Good , as I have lots of new destinations for you to pick up from.
The IC of Portugal , is hosting the 19th Passarola Golf Club and the 21st Passarola Tennis Club, from 8 to 12 November and Tap Air Portugal is offering ID00N2 tickets to players and non. The Rhein Main IC is hosting the Xmas Gala Ball 2-5 December. This will be last event for 2005.
Here we go for the events for next year. We start 2006 with the AC Frankfurt hosting the Cabbage Tour from 3-6 February.
If you have a favorite bar, restaurant, dancing place do let us know. We want you to be part of everything we do.
If you would like to volunteer for the committee please email us or call, the more the merrier.

FLAIC CORRESPONDENCE Hi, Poppy -- How nice to hear from you. Thanks for your note. You have certainly done a great job with FLAIC .... even keeping us on top of things from Cyprus ... now that is dedication !! Thanks also for all your hard work. Shirley and I fully understand how much it takes to make an organization like FLAIC work smoothly ... a lot more work and time than most people realize. So, thanks again for your effort and commitment. I imagine you're enjoying seeing your family ... and especially hugging the little ones !! They can be so much fun. Give Roy my best and take care of yourself. I look forward to seeing you both when you return.
