MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Hello
Are you getting ready for the 4th of July or are you off for your vacations? Some of us are but others are getting ready for the hurricane season!
On June 14th some interliners met at the Bahama Breeze on Causeway. It was a beautiful evening with a light breeze, good company lots of drinks and we listened to the music.
For those of you that have the patience Click Here for a small movie production that shows a taste of the fun and continue on reading while the movie loads.
I am off to Cyprus July the 1st for 5 weeks, Kiki is in Spain for holidays and some other interliners are off to California, so we decided to cancel the July event. Almost everyone is having a 4th of July party to go to or a BBQ. Our WACA VP, International Events and Special Projects, John Aarons, is organizing a 3-5 day cruise, it will be from Los Angeles to the Mexican Riviera. He will have more information later on and it is going to take place mi-November. In the event that you would like to get in touch with him his email is kitpar@netspace.net.au As for our International events it is our Annual Meeting in Agra, India. If you want to participate you would better hurry as you need to get your shots before you travel. There is a Pre-AGA tour to Kashmir and a Post AGA tour to Nepal. The deadline for registration is August 15th. Jordan IC is having their adventure from October 1st to October 6th. Here is your opportunity to visit Petra, Kerak, Wadi Rum, the Red Sea and so much more. The Jordanian hospitality is out of this world it is worth the trip.
If you have a favorite bar, restaurant, dancing place do let us know. We want you to be part of everything we do.
If you would like to volunteer for the committee please email us or call, the more the merrier.
Yours in Interlining,
Poppy Shiakalli Bowen Phone 813 841 9434 Fax 813 960 1335 Website www.flaic.net
