MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hope you are all keeping well and happy.
Our get together at Kahunaville went well. It seems that they renamed the bar area the Headliners, which is really nice and vast.
Some updates on the international events to come. Helsinki IC, June 17 - 21, invites you to their Fantastic Finland Sauna Party on a beautiful island just outside Helsinki. Come and enjoy the sauna, bathing and swimming. Then taste the BBQ and drinks under the white night of the Nordic.
Delhi IC is hosting the 28th WACA Annual General Meeting, 10-15 September. The host city is AGRA situated on the west bank river Yamuna Agra. The architectural splendor of the city is reflected in the glorious monuments of medieval India built by great Mughals who ruled India for more than 300 years. Come and meet interliners from all around the world. Come and make long lasting friendships and enjoy the hospitality of the Indian fellow interliners.
As you all know we are hosting the North American Regional Meeting April 29 - 01May, 2005. We hope that you will join us for a Southern dinner, and, dance to the rhythms of the live band. It is Saturday April 30, 2005 at Stumps, 7:00PM. Kindly RSVP by sending a check $30 (members) $35 (non-members) payable to Florida Interline Club. The check has to be received by April 26th, at 4811 Cypress Ridge Place, Tampa FL 33624-6308. No payments will be accepted on the night of the dinner.

SPLENDID CHINA ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I realized a dream come true last month when I traveled to "Splendid China." I was accompanied by my good friends Liz Foster (USAIRways) and Don & Janet Carlyle (USAIRways). I want to especially thank the Airline Club of Thailand. they put together a great package. We toured the "Forbidden City" in Beijing, climbed the "Great Wall" and traveled to Xian where we saw the "Terracotta Warriors." This was only the highlights of a fun packed eight days. I am already planning my next WACA trip.
